Printable Google review QR table tent
Customise a table tent with your Google review QR code, print it in one click and fold it: customers scan and leave a review without searching for your listing.
Unfolded table tent preview
Fold in half on the dashed line: the top face is printed upside down so it reads correctly from the other side of the table.
Why a QR table tent brings in more Google reviews
Most happy customers never leave a review. It is rarely reluctance: nobody asks at the right moment, and finding a Google listing takes several taps. A table tent solves both problems. The request stays visible during the whole meal, coffee or wait, and the QR code opens the review window directly, with no searching.
This free tool generates a print-ready table tent. Enter your business name, your Google review link, a headline and a message, then pick a colour and a size. The preview updates live, and everything runs in your browser: nothing is uploaded to a server.
How the foldable tent works
The sheet holds two identical faces separated by a dashed fold line. The top face is deliberately printed upside down: once the sheet is folded in half and set on the table, both sides read the right way up, whether the customer sits across from you or beside you. You get a small self-standing tent with no holder to buy.
Three sizes are available. A6 makes a discreet tent for a counter or a small cafe table. A5 is the best compromise for a restaurant. A4 gives a large, highly visible tent suited to a waiting room or a shop. For a sturdier result, print on 160 to 250 gsm paper.
Getting the right link for your QR code
The QR code should point to the window that opens directly on "Write a review". If you do not have that link yet, use our Google review link generator, which builds it from your listing. You can also paste a Place ID here and the tool converts it into a review link automatically.
Before printing a batch, scan the QR code on your screen with your phone to check that it opens the right listing. The download button also gives you the QR code alone as a PNG image, handy for a shop window, a receipt or a flyer.
Going further: give people a reason to scan
A plain "leave us a review" works, but a small incentive noticeably lifts the scan rate. The "spin the wheel" option adds a line to the tent announcing a rewards game. With AvisBonus, the customer leaves a review, spins a wheel and wins a gift you defined, such as a coffee, a dessert or a discount.
Put one tent on each table or at each reception point, replace it as soon as it gets worn, and check that the message stays readable. A short headline, a thirty-second message and a high-contrast QR code are the three things that matter most.
Frequently asked questions
Is this QR code table tent really free?
Yes. The tool is free, needs no sign-up and runs entirely in your browser. Print as many tents as you like.
Which paper size should I choose?
A5 suits most restaurants and shops. Pick A6 for a counter or a small table, and A4 if the tent has to be seen from a distance.
How do I fold the table tent?
Fold the sheet in half on the dashed line with the printed side facing out, then stand it on its edge. Both sides read the right way up.
Where do I find my Google review link?
Use the AvisBonus review link generator, or paste your Place ID directly. The link must open the "Write a review" window of your listing.
Does the QR code work without an app?
Yes. The camera on most smartphones reads QR codes. The customer lands on Google, picks a rating and writes the review.
